Hi, I’m Amber, Your Dietitian Nutritionist
-
Hi, I’m Amber, a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist with a Masters of Public Health (MPH) and Certified Health Education Specialist (CHES) to help guide your unique journey through nutrition.
“Joyful Eaters” is my motto to promote preventative health that respects food traditions, mindful mealtime habits, and a love for delicious food.
My practice draws from 20+ years of experience in clinical nutrition, university teaching, and motherhood. This allows me to cover a wide range of common nutrition related topics like PCOS, IBS, high blood pressure, sports nutrition, pediatric nutrition, and many others through an intuitive framework for eating.
I look forward to supporting you in reaching your goals, one step at a time.
